1. Time for exchange/return of goods

Customers can request to exchange or return goods within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. To be eligible, the product must be intact, unused, undamaged and with original labels and packaging.

2. Conditions for exchange/return of goods

The product must not be washed, worn or altered in its original state.

Must have a purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

Sold products are generally not exchangeable or returnable, except in cases of errors on the part of the store.

3. Exchange/return process

Step 1: Customers contact the store’s customer service department to notify about the exchange/return and receive detailed instructions.

Step 2: Pack the product carefully and send it back to the store at the address provided.

Step 3: After receiving and checking the product, the store will proceed to exchange or refund the customer within 7-10 working days.

4. Shipping costs

If the product is returned due to a store error (defective product, wrong item sent), the store will bear all shipping costs.

If the customer returns the product for personal reasons (wrong size, not satisfied), the customer may have to bear the shipping costs.

5. Refund

The refund will be made via the original payment method that the customer used. The refund time depends on the bank or payment service provider, usually takes 5-7 working days after confirmation.
